CARTER, Richard Clarence ('Dick') Passed away peacefully on Thursday, 9 August, at the General Hospital, aged 82 years, beloved husband of the late Helen. Will be sadly missed by his children Richard, Joan, Tony and Virginia, step-daughter Jodie and also by Marisha, Angela, Peter and John. Will also be sadly missed by all his many family and friends.
