Aerobics
There are a number of gyms in the Island offering all forms of aerobic exercise classesincluding Fort Regent .

Badminton
There are many private clubs in the Island but your best chance of booking a court is to call either Fort Regent or Les Quennevais Sports Centre . The centre for badminton on the Island is the New Gilson Hall, La Pouquelaye, St Helier.

Crazy golf / Putting
There are numerous mini/crazy golf courses in the Island. Try Living Legend, St Peter, and the Jersey Recreation Grounds, Greve d'Azette, .

Cricket
There are evening and weekend leagues, with matches played at the FB Fields in St Clement, Les Quennevais in St Brelade and Grainville in St Saviour. Cycling
The Island's 350 miles of roads, by-ways and lanes are ideal for those who enjoy cycling. Its Green Lanes give priority to cyclists, walkers and horse riders. Maps and guides, specially designed by local cyclists, feature recommended routes and itineraries, refreshment stops, historic sites and attractions. Jersey Tourism provides organised cycle tours led by experienced guides who will help newcomers discover the best cycling routes. The Island has a number of fitness centres, all geared to meet your training needs. While membership is preferred, many facilities will accept walk-ins but they will be charged a daily fee to use their facilities.

Five-a-side indoor courts are available at Fort Regent () and Les Quennevais. Spectators are welcome to all matches. Outdoor pitches, including all-weather surfaces, are available at Les Quennevais sports complex.

Running
The Jersey Spartan Athletic Club meets regularly throughout the week at the FB Fields, St Clement, and visitors of all standards are welcome. Hares and snails can take part in distance runs, road races, track training and track competitions.

Rugby

Enjoy a game of snooker or pool at either Fort Regent, , or the 147 Club, St Helier, .

Surfing
St Ouen's Bay on Jersey's west coast is an all-year-round mecca for surfers. Other good breakers can also be found at Greve de Lecq, Plemont and St Brelade's Bay. The Surfshak at the Watersplash, St Ouen, , offers surfboard and wetsuit hire. Sand, Surf & Sail, also at St Ouen's Bay, is open year round for surf hire and lessons, . Swimming
The swimming pools at Les Quennevais Sports Centre in St. Brelade are open to the public for a small fee with discounts available for students.
The Aqua Splash on the Waterfront features an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, wave machine, flumes, slides and sauna and steam rooms. Visitors can opt to pay just to swim or can pay to use all to facility. A swim passport is available to those planning to use The Aqua Splash on a regular basis. The facility is open 7am-10pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday; 9am-10pm on Tuesday and 8am-10pm Saturday and Sunday. For more information call .
Several of the Island hotels - Merton in St. Saviour, Grand Hotel in St. Helier, Hotel L'Horizon in St. Brelade, Apollo Hotel in St. Helier and the Mayfair Hotel in St. Helier - have pool facilities that are available to the general public. Tennis
There is an indoor tennis centre at Les Ormes Golf & Leisure Club with eight courts in two halls on a pay-and-play basis. There are club professionals on hand to offer advice and coaching. . There are also public courts at the Recreation Grounds, St Clement, and at Les Quennevais.
