Our Box office is open Monday to Saturday 10am ­ 8.00pm and 45 minutes before Sunday performances and can be contacted:

Advance Booking Forms- Available from our foyer for return to The Box Office, Jersey Arts Centre, Phillips Street, St. Helier, JE2 4SW with credit card details or a cheque made payable to the Jersey Arts Centre Association.

RESERVED TICKETS - Please note that all reserved tickets must be paid for during daytime opening hours within 3 working days of the booking otherwise they will be offered for resale.

TICKET DISCOUNTS - Concessionary rates are as listed under each performance. Events marked with the 'Arts Centre Promotions' logo also offer a 15% discount off all prices for Arts Centre Members. (Events marked with logo shown). Please see our Membership page for benefits.

SPECIAL ASSISTANCE - Please book wheelchair spaces in advance. Let us know if you require assistance. Please ask us about the best seats for induction loop reception.

GROUP BOOKINGS - On Jersey Arts Centre promotions we offer one free ticket with every ten purchased for a particular event.

TICKET EXCHANGE - A £2 charge is levied on each ticket exchanged. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.

ACCESS - Wheelchair access is available to the performance areas of St James and the Benjamin Meaker Theatre. At the Arts Centre a lift gives access to the Berni Gallery and most meeting rooms.

PARKING - Minden Place and Green Street carparks are convenient and offer free parking after 5pm - before then parking paycards are needed.
