Jersey Advisory & Conciliation Service

JACS provides free advice to employers, employees and trade unions on a wide range of employment issues and assists, through conciliation, when disputes arise.

The organisation is an independent and impartial service, which is also active in education and training to ensure that employers, employees and employees' representatives know their legal responsibilities and obligations.

If required, they can arrange for an independent arbitrator to settle a dispute between parties.
